Quantium is hiring a Data Scientist for its AI Technical Solutions team to design and deliver production-grade GenAI and LLM applications for major Australian organisations. The role involves building Python-based AI solutions, working with cloud platforms and containerisation, developing APIs and data pipelines, creating evaluation and observability frameworks, collaborating with clients and domain experts, and participating in code reviews. Candidates need a quantitative degree or equivalent data science/AI/ML capability, 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Python skills, GenAI/LLM exposure, cloud and containerisation familiarity, SQL and pipeline knowledge, and clear communication skills.
