Description
The Data Scientist will design and deploy machine learning solutions for credit risk, fraud detection, customer segmentation, customer lifetime value, collections optimization, and related financial services use cases. The role involves exploratory data analysis, scalable model pipelines, model validation and explainability, regulatory compliance, reusable data science components, and presentation of results to senior stakeholders. Candidates must have hands-on experience with deployed financial use cases, preferably in banks, NBFCs, or microfinance organizations, and must be proficient in Python, SQL, and major machine learning frameworks.
