Fospha is hiring a Data Scientist for its London-based Data Science team to lead end-to-end production projects, independently select and apply machine-learning approaches, maintain production code, resolve bugs, use AI for automation, communicate as a modelling expert with clients, and mentor junior colleagues. The role requires 3–5 years of commercial data science experience, strong Python and SQL, broad machine-learning knowledge, independent debugging, and emerging mentorship; Bayesian modelling, AWS, automated QA, and marketing or advertising data are preferred but not required.
