Description
CACI is hiring a full-time Data Scientist to expand maintenance detection algorithms for Boeing F/A-18 aircraft. The role involves gathering and preprocessing aircraft sensor, maintenance, and operational data; performing exploratory data analysis; designing anomaly detection algorithms; developing machine learning models for component failure detection; and collaborating with aerospace, software, and maintenance stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Science, 0–3 years of experience, strong MATLAB and Python knowledge, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. The proposed salary range is $66,700–$133,300.
