Description

CACI is hiring a full-time Data Scientist to support Joint Interagency Task Force 401 by developing statistical models, machine learning, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, data fusion, and decision-support solutions for operational, intelligence, and mission data. The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, advanced education, and extensive experience with Python, enterprise analytics platforms, predictive modeling, and operational decision-making. It involves up to 50% travel within the Continental United States and offers a proposed salary range of $94,400 to $198,200.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Master's degree with 10+ years of experience, bachelor's degree with 15+ years, associate degree with 17+ years, or high school/GED with 19+ years
Required Previous Experiences: Data science methodology experience solving complex operational or enterprise challenges
Experience with Maven Smart System, Palantir, or similar enterprise analytics platforms
Experience developing predictive models, statistical analyses, machine learning algorithms, or artificial intelligence applications
Experience developing dashboards and analytical visualizations with Power BI or similar platforms
Experience collecting, organizing, cleansing, validating, and exploiting structured and unstructured datasets
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, large language models, or advanced analytics platforms for operational decision-making
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Homeland Security, or C-UAS organizations
Familiarity with intelligence data sources, sensor fusion, geospatial intelligence, operational data feeds, and mission command systems
Experience supporting CJADC2, data fusion, common operating picture development, or operational decision-support systems
Experience developing AI-enabled capabilities for object detection, pattern recognition, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, threat forecasting, or autonomous systems
Experience with cloud-based AI/ML environments, distributed computing, MLOps, model lifecycle management, and enterprise data governance
Experience supporting operational research, capability development, technology evaluations, acquisition decision-making, or advanced mission analytics within defense organizations
