The role requires at least four years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, along with SQL, Python or R, distributed data systems, statistical methods, and cross-functional communication. The position can be based at one of Figma’s US hubs or performed remotely in the United States, with an annual base salary range of $140,000 to $348,000 USD and health, dental, and vision coverage.
