LinkedIn is hiring a Data Scientist in Bangalore, India to partner with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams on membership growth and engagement for international products. The role involves analyzing large professional datasets, informing product strategy and roadmaps, creating success metrics and dashboards, designing experiments, and developing models that improve principal performance metrics. The position requires a quantitative degree, at least 10 years of experience with large real-world datasets using SQL and R or another statistical package, and 10+ years of Unix/Linux experience with shell scripting. The work location is hybrid, combining home and LinkedIn office work.
