Description

Lyft is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Scientist to join their Central Market Management team. The successful candidate will leverage data and analytical frameworks to improve operational efficiency, define and implement decision frameworks, and act as a technical lead to guide other Data Scientists. They will contribute to the Science community and drive impactful strategies to enhance decision-making.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of industry experience in decision science, analytics, statistics, or data science, with a track record of influencing strategy and business outcomes through data.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to own multi-project analytical scopes with ambiguous problem definitions and cross-functional integration.
Expertise in metric design, diagnostic analysis, forecasting, behavioral analytics, decision frameworks and measurement strategy is a plus.
Experience working with financial data is a plus.
Experience building and scaling monitoring systems and business health dashboards that identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities.
