Magna Powertrain is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to drive data-driven decision-making across manufacturing and engineering operations at its Ramos Arizpe plant. The role develops machine learning models, analyzes production data, builds data pipelines and dashboards, supports continuous improvement and digital transformation, and mentors junior analysts. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least five years of data science experience, strong Python or R and SQL skills, experience with predictive modeling and data engineering, and fluent Spanish with professional English proficiency.
