Minerva is hiring a Data Scientist to build and improve models and features for its consumer graph and AI marketing agents. The role combines heavy data engineering with applied machine learning, including feature engineering, data-lake architecture, terabyte-scale pipelines, model validation, and production deployment. It requires 2–4+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, data engineering, or software engineering in a data-heavy context, strong Python and SQL skills, and willingness to work in the New York City office. The base salary is $200,000 to $225,000, with competitive equity and benefits.
