Newton Research, Inc. is hiring a full-time Data Scientist to work from its Needham, Massachusetts offices. The role focuses on building production models and algorithms for media planning, audience, measurement, and yield problems; designing and interpreting experiments; evaluating AI-generated analyses; and collaborating with engineering to encode data science capabilities into software agents. Candidates should have a master's or PhD in a quantitative field, strong data analysis and machine learning knowledge, Python and SQL proficiency, and the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. The base salary is $135,000-$165,000 plus equity.
