Description
Oden is hiring a Data Scientist for its Customer Solutions team to build predictive quality, machine-failure, and time-series models for manufacturing customers. The role partners with customers, Customer Success, Product, and engineering to define problems, develop and validate models, run trials and proofs of concept, deploy solutions through the Oden platform, and generalize one-off work into product features. Candidates need 1–3 years of Data Scientist or ML Engineer experience, a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, strong Python and SQL skills, familiarity with process improvement and generative AI, and the ability to direct AI agents. The base salary is $95,000–$155,000 plus equity and benefits, and visa sponsorship is not available.
