Description
OpenAI is hiring a Data Scientist to support its Real Estate & Workplace team. The role owns ambiguous, high-impact problems from framing through delivery, adoption, and iteration; develops forecasting, experimentation, and optimization frameworks; builds agentic dashboards, reporting, models, and decision tools; integrates workplace, collaboration, operations, and financial data; and communicates recommendations to technical, operational, and executive stakeholders. The position requires experience in Data Science or Decision Science, strong applied statistics, causal inference, forecasting, and model evaluation, and fluency in SQL and Python.
