Pearl is hiring a Data Scientist to lead advanced research and predictive modeling focused on residential housing and energy performance data. The role uses causal inference, anomaly detection, regression analysis, propensity score matching, instrumental variables, and other statistical methods to improve SCORE models, energy models, and performance metrics, while validating outputs against field-collected data and serving as the technical liaison for external research partners. The position is fully remote within the United States and offers a salary of 155,000–175,000 plus medical, vision, dental, retirement, stock option, and other benefits.
