Planet is hiring a Data Scientist to develop and maintain validated machine-learning markers that extract insights from dense temporal satellite imagery for agriculture, land management, and climate. The role covers model development, production deployment, quality review, embedding-based insight extraction, AI-agent workflows, and documentation, with collaboration across scientists, engineers, and partners.
