Rijkswaterstaat is hiring a Remote Sensing Team Coordinator to keep InSAR-based change detection production operational and to develop a robust, scalable, testable, and reproducible product for broad use. The role involves preparing and assessing InSAR product requests from market parties, analyzing and documenting InSAR applications to Rijkswaterstaat assets, standardizing and automating quality checks, and testing the remote sensing services ICT environment. The coordinator supervises the hired person and receives substantive direction from a subject-matter specialist. Mandatory requirements include at least two years of geodetic and remote sensing data analysis experience, a university-level degree in remote sensing, geodesy, or a comparable field, Python and GIS experience, and the ability to discuss and document complex subject-matter issues in Dutch.
