Sally Beauty Holdings is hiring a hands-on Data Scientist (Corporate) to build and operate predictive models and data products that increase customer lifetime value through hyper-personalized CRM campaigns, retention, churn reduction, and customer segmentation. The role owns models end to end, develops Databricks pipelines with Python, PySpark, and SQL, automates MLOps, and designs A/B and multivariate tests. It requires a master’s degree in a relevant field and at least four years of data science, applied machine learning, or customer analytics experience, and is a hybrid role requiring onsite work at the corporate office on specified days.
