Thomson Reuters Special Services is hiring a Data Scientist to support Federal Law Enforcement customers by collecting, integrating, resolving, analyzing, modeling, and explaining large data for investigations involving emerging threats, money laundering, fraud, force protection, human rights crimes, and transnational crime. The role is full-time and on-site at US Government customer sites in the Washington, DC area, with no telework. Candidates need United States citizenship, security-clearance eligibility, a technical bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least three years of relevant experience, Python and SQL proficiency, and the ability to work independently and with customers. Preferred qualifications include law-enforcement experience, additional programming languages, and software-development experience. The role may be eligible for an annual bonus and offers a base compensation range of $117,700 to $218,600 USD across eligible locations.
