Description
Workhelix is hiring a Data Scientist to own the analytical engine behind Nucleus, its core AI-value assessment product. The role owns the data mart and ETL, builds and extends AI assessment methods, ships production Python and SQL code in cloud infrastructure, creates visualizations and narratives, and develops internal tools. It is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Head of Engineering, with a path to lead a team as it grows. The position requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong data modeling and machine learning skills, and a record of analyses that changed business outcomes.
