Zantech is hiring an on-site Data Scientist in Arlington, Virginia to lead Task 3 work for an upcoming Technical Infrastructure and Platform Support project. The role owns the strategy, design, and deployment of predictive, prescriptive, descriptive, and cognitive AI/ML models and dashboards; applies NLP, network analysis, and bibliometric analysis to S&T portfolio data; manages MLOps lifecycle activities; ensures Responsible AI and row/column security controls; and supports workforce, logistics, and operational decision-making. The position requires extensive experience in data science, analytics, Python, R, SQL, data visualization, cloud analytics, and federal security frameworks, along with a master's degree or equivalent experience and an active Secret or higher clearance.
