Kearney is hiring an early-career Data Scientist to work hands-on across the CRISP-DM lifecycle, using SQL and Python for exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, statistical and machine learning modeling, and rigorous data/model validation. The role includes client-facing requirements translation, collaboration with data architecture and senior technical teams, automated validation using Pytest and RTF, and practical use of AI/GenAI tools. It is based in the United States, with Washington, D.C. or Arlington preferred and Boston or other East Coast hubs considered, and requires the ability to obtain or hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.
