Ebury is hiring a Data Scientist - Growth in Madrid on a hybrid schedule of four office days and one work-from-home day. The role focuses on building and improving growth and sales models, including lead scoring, conversion, and profitability models, using Python, SQL, GCP, machine learning libraries, CRM systems, and large language models. The scientist will analyze sales data, collaborate with data engineers and sales analysts, integrate models into sales enablement platforms, and support adoption of advanced analytics tools. The position requires at least two years of data science or related experience, strong Python and machine learning skills, statistical knowledge, and English fluency; GCP, A/B testing, CRM, LLM, SQL, and prior lead-scoring or churn-model experience are valued.
