NPS Prism is hiring a Data Scientist II for a work-from-home role focused on end-to-end data science and AI development. The position covers classical machine learning, regression and classification, deep learning, LLM-based and generative AI applications, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, multi-agent systems, statistical analysis, experimentation, production deployment, monitoring, and model governance. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, at least three years of professional data science or applied machine learning experience, and hands-on experience with production ML/LLM systems and agentic frameworks.
