Oscar is hiring a Data Scientist II to join its Data team and drive end-to-end data science projects across multiple teams and domains. The role involves developing data pipelines, statistical models, and advanced analytical solutions; collaborating with business, engineering, product, and data stakeholders; contributing to technical direction; and mentoring junior team members. It is a hybrid position based in New York City, Los Angeles, or Tempe, requiring three days of in-office work per week, and offers a base salary of $131,200 to $172,200 per year plus benefits, equity, and performance bonuses.
