Conduent is hiring a Senior AI Solutions Engineer / Technical Lead for its Analytics & Data Science Practice. The role combines hands-on development of Analytics, AI, and Generative AI solutions with technical leadership, mentoring, architecture guidance, engineering standards, delivery execution, and production readiness. Responsibilities include building Azure-based GenAI applications, RAG and agent workflows, APIs, cloud-native services, observability, security, testing, and operational handoffs, while guiding junior engineers and supporting technical interviews. The position requires 10+ years of relevant software, cloud, analytics, AI, data engineering, or application development experience, at least 3 years leading technical delivery teams or serving as a technical lead, hands-on Azure experience, strong Python skills, and a BS or Master's degree in a related technical discipline.
