Description
The Senior Individual Contributor Biostatistician leads statistical and algorithmic work across research, data management, machine learning, and model deployment. Responsibilities include developing grant proposals and scientific publications, documenting workflows, setting data-quality metrics, building data pipelines, performing exploratory data analysis, selecting and engineering features, training and validating statistical and machine learning models, deploying models in production, and presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires substantial experience in medical or health analytics, statistical modeling, data analysis, machine learning, programming, and leadership, along with a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
