Capco is hiring a permanent Data Scientist Lead in Hong Kong on a hybrid basis to lead the optimisation of fraud models, machine learning platforms, and Google Cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on improving model and platform performance, reliability, and run costs; designing and tuning GCP compute, storage, networking, ML pipelines, and large-scale batch and streaming workloads; and applying Python, SQL, CI/CD, automated testing, and responsible AI practices. Candidates need hands-on experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or ML platform optimisation, along with strong Google Cloud, Python, SQL, and distributed processing expertise.
