Description
The Data Scientist Lead will own the analytics roadmap for the Core Consumer Banking customer pillar, leading measurement, experimentation, and analysis across growth, engagement, retention, migration, pricing, servicing, and segment strategy. The role partners with business, product, marketing, finance, technology, and distribution leaders; translates executive questions into recommendations; develops decision-ready presentations; and mentors analytics talent while establishing analytical standards. Required qualifications include a master’s degree in a quantitative discipline or a bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, plus 6+ years of experience using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools, along with expertise in statistical analysis, experimental design, A/B testing, machine learning, and measurement frameworks.
