Lila Sciences is hiring a Data Scientist, Life Sciences to bridge wet-lab science, software engineering, automation, and AI. The role converts experimental data into scientific insights, translates bench workflows into analytical requirements, develops bioinformatics and data-processing pipelines, builds reusable analysis modules, integrates workflows with data lake and AI platforms, and documents methods and results. Candidates should have a background in biological sciences, life sciences data, or bioinformatics; strong Python, applied statistics, exploratory data analysis, requirements elicitation, and reproducible-analysis skills. The position offers a base salary of $140,800–$217,800 USD, bonus potential, equity, and benefits for U.S. employees.
