Micron Technology is hiring a Data Science Manager at Micron Fab15 to lead and develop a technical analytics team focused on manufacturing analytics, AI, and production-ready models. The role manages people, hiring, performance, and resource allocation; oversees solution development for yield, quality, equipment efficiency, labor productivity, and AI tools; establishes model governance; and drives adoption of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and emerging interoperability standards. The position requires a quantitative degree, at least five years of data science or advanced analytics experience, strong Python, SQL, and machine-learning skills, production and cloud experience, and Japanese/English communication ability.
