Description
The Data Scientist Statistics role supports the evaluation and analysis of Microcensus data by developing estimation and analysis methods, migrating SAS logic to R, improving data processing and preparation, automating workflows, investigating data integrity, and creating documentation and tutorials. The position also involves presenting results at conferences and in scientific publications. It is a fixed-term project or conceptual contract for 30 months and requires a relevant university degree, multi-year software development experience, expert R and Git knowledge, survey-statistics expertise, project-management experience, and strong English skills.
