Similarweb is hiring a Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts. The role involves developing machine learning and statistical solutions, owning end-to-end data pipelines, collaborating with product and R&D teams, communicating with business stakeholders, hiring and developing team members, and shaping product strategy. Candidates should have an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a relevant field, at least three years of production machine learning and statistical algorithm experience, and at least one year of people management experience.
