Mercado Livre is hiring a Data Scientist Technical Leader to develop and operationalize analytical, predictive, and generative artificial intelligence models for fraud prevention across its e-commerce ecosystem and financial services in Latin America. The role leads solution architecture, modeling, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, model retraining, validation, and production performance, while collaborating with Scoring and Backend teams and applying machine learning, computer vision, AI agents, and other fraud-prevention technologies. The position requires strong data science knowledge, production-model experience, vulnerability resolution, and the ability to lead complex strategic projects, with a hybrid arrangement at the Osasco/SP site.
