Digica is hiring a Data Scientist to design, develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence models for research and development projects. The role covers predictive, classification, recommendation, and LLM-based models, algorithm selection, data preparation, feature engineering, model validation, and production integration, with collaboration on actionable insights for international clients. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, Python programming skills, cloud or on-premise deployment experience, SQL and Git knowledge, and fluent English. The position offers a hybrid model with three office days per week and remote work on the remaining days.
