Description

Cargill is hiring a Data Security Architect to lead enterprise data protection strategy and design secure architectures for sensitive enterprise, operational, and manufacturing data across cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments. The role focuses on securing AWS and Azure data platforms, defining secure patterns for data lakes, analytics, ERP, SaaS, AI/ML, and IT/OT integrations, while partnering with architecture, engineering, compliance, and OT security teams and mentoring security staff.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Required Previous Experiences: At least 4 years of relevant work experience, with 8+ years of related cybersecurity experience focused on data security and cloud architecture
Preferred Qualifications: CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, AWS/Azure Security Specialty, or TOGAF certifications
Experience securing data in manufacturing or OT environments
Experience supporting large-scale cloud migration or modernization programs
Experience with DSPM, CASB, or cloud-native data protection tooling in multi-cloud environments
