Description
Vodafone is hiring a Data Services Management professional to support corporate and wholesale customer connectivity across SDWAN, SDLAN, WiFi, Internet, MPLSVPN, and related infrastructure. The role includes configuring customer routers, switches, and modems; resolving connectivity and network issues; coordinating with support teams; preparing low-level designs and performance reports; and supporting information security and business continuity. Candidates need a science or engineering degree, at least five years of telecommunications experience, hands-on experience with major networking equipment and routing protocols, and knowledge of L2 networking, IP/MPLSVPN, data center networks, traffic engineering, and QoS.
