Global Relay is hiring a Data Services Specialist to support its Client Services team with data management requests, technical tasks, customer service, system configuration, CRM maintenance, report analysis, and documentation. The role requires post-secondary education or relevant experience, technical troubleshooting, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. It is fully office-based for the first three months, then transitions to a Sunday-to-Thursday schedule with at least two office days per week, and may require occasional statutory-holiday work. The advertised Vancouver base salary is CAD 45,000–60,000 annually, with extended health benefits, vacation, paid sick days, a bonus, RRSP matching, and a subsidized meal program.
