Description
The Workshop is hiring a Data Software Engineer to build and operate production-grade data-platform services. The role focuses on orchestrating and exposing ingestion, transformation, and data-quality capabilities; developing Kafka and Kafka Connect integrations; integrating distributed processing engines such as Spark, Flink, or Beam; implementing monitoring and alerting; supporting production reliability and performance; and working end-to-end under a DevOps and agile delivery model. The position requires strong backend software engineering in Java and/or Python, SQL and database expertise, high-volume data experience, testing, CI/CD, data modeling, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
