Description
The Data Solutions Lead Manager will lead a team of Data Collection owners, manage performance and escalations, drive global data-collection improvement initiatives, coordinate with global stakeholders, monitor collection health, and support customer adoption and technical success for ML and generative AI data collections. The role requires at least five years of people management and ML data operations experience, project management and data-strategy experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and working knowledge of JSON, command line, and Python.
