Description
AND Digital is seeking a Data Solution Principal (hands-on Architect) to lead client delivery, expand the local data and AI practice, develop team capability, and deepen client partnerships. The role combines strategic leadership with technical guidance across the full data product lifecycle, including data architecture, Databricks-based production solutions, data pipelines and ETL, streaming, data quality, metadata management, AI and agentic solutions, MLOps, and architecture patterns such as RAG. The principal will work with local leadership, practice teams, global data specialists, clients, and technology partners, while championing quality, performance, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
