Spaulding Ridge is hiring a manager-level Data Solutions Architect to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, testing, and advisory delivery of Snowflake-centered data platforms, analytics, reporting, integrations, and full-stack applications. The role combines solution architecture, software and data engineering, BI, client relationship management, sales support, delivery leadership, and mentoring of technical teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent background, 7+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience, strong Snowflake and SQL expertise, modern data pipeline and BI experience, full-stack/API development skills, software delivery practices, governance and security knowledge, and strong client-facing communication.
