The Data Strategy & Analytics Specialist will design and execute data strategies and analyses for Roche’s Real-World & Clinical Data Strategy team, translating scientific and business needs into reproducible analytical pipelines, cohort extractions, data transformations, and visualizations. The role partners with RWD scientists, study leads, data engineering, and governance teams to integrate clinical trial and real-world data using standards such as OMOP, CDISC, ADaM, and ARDs, while applying data quality, mapping, lineage, and AI-assisted coding practices. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of structured-data experience in research or healthcare, and offers an annual salary of $89,400 to $166,000 USD.
