Two Circles, a sports and entertainment marketing business, is hiring for a data-focused support and operations role responsible for managing support queues, monitoring data pipelines and web applications, troubleshooting issues with engineering, onboarding new clients, maintaining data configurations, investigating issues across the data lifecycle, and ensuring data quality, security, and compliance. The role requires foundational SQL and relational database knowledge, understanding of web applications, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a reactive environment.
