Qube Research & Technologies is seeking a Data Support Engineer to support quantitative researchers and traders with data access, usage, documentation, issue resolution, and data-quality activities. The role involves first-line support, collaboration with data engineers, onboarding and training, JIRA workflow management, and contributing to data coverage through live collection and backfills. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, data-support or technical-support experience, strong Python and data-library skills, proficiency with data systems, pipelines, and APIs, and experience with JIRA or similar tools.
