DESC is hiring a Data Systems Project Manager for a 12-month time-limited position to lead a cross-agency needs assessment and procurement of software solutions for its affordable housing, behavioral health, and medical programs. The role will scope client-facing software and data needs, document existing systems, coordinate with IT, compliance, program staff, and vendors, facilitate the Project Steering Committee, manage procurement and change communication, and improve interoperability and data sharing. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, four years of project management or enterprise procurement experience, stakeholder coordination, software and compliance knowledge, and strong communication and leadership skills.
