Cartesia is hiring a Data Team Lead to own the systems, datasets, and research that support its multimodal AI training data. The role leads and grows a data team of 6–8 people, setting technical direction for web-scale data infrastructure, multimodal pre-training datasets, annotation models, and data-quality research. The position requires prior experience leading a data team of at least six people, hands-on data infrastructure experience, and a track record of building data efforts, ideally for a modeling project. The role is based in San Francisco, London, or Bangalore, with visa sponsorship support and benefits for United States employees.
