Xerox Romania is hiring an entry-level Data Validator in Bucharest to validate and accurately capture information from customer documents such as invoices, claims, utility documents, and system-generated forms. The role requires maintaining data accuracy and quality, reporting abnormalities, identifying process-improvement opportunities, and complying with Xerox’s quality, security, environmental, and workplace safety requirements. A high school diploma, B1/B2 English proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, accurate keyboarding, attention to detail, and teamwork are required; B2/C1 English, a university degree, imaging or data-validation experience, and knowledge of data-validation tools are preferred.
