The Program Controls Reporting Specialist develops recurring and individual reporting materials that translate Program Controls cost, schedule, risk, and performance data into clear visual formats for Board, public, and internal audiences. The role supports reporting cycles, data pipelines, data validation, reporting standards, and ADA and Section 508 accessibility compliance, and collaborates with the Program Controls Analyst. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of reporting or structured data presentation experience, visualization and graphic design proficiency, and experience with an email or template design platform.
