iCallidus is hiring a full-time Database Administrator to design, implement, maintain, optimize, secure, and automate relational and NoSQL database systems in an Agile and Lean environment. The role includes database performance tuning, backup and recovery, security compliance, cloud and on-premise database integration, CI/CD pipeline management, troubleshooting, and documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of database administration experience, strong SQL and NoSQL expertise, scripting and DevOps knowledge, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. The position is hybrid, requires on-site reporting at the client’s location, and offers a salary of $120,000–$130,000 per year.
