NXT LABS is hiring an experienced Database Administrator to install, configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise databases across development, staging, and production environments in Karachi or Lahore, Pakistan. The role focuses on MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and MongoDB administration, high availability and disaster recovery, cloud-hosted databases, performance tuning, backups and recovery, security/compliance, monitoring, and documentation. The position is onsite, full time, and prefers immediate joiners with 2–6 years of database administration experience.
